A two-component resin and hardener mixed with special fillers to give an epoxy self-leveling layer that conducts electrical charges, preventing the dangers of electrical sparks that result from electrostatic charges.
It gives an earth leakage resistance ranging from 106 to 109 ohms measured according to ASTM standards (F150) which comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Association Standard Test Method (ANSI/ESD STM 7.1) for protection of ESD Susceptible items. 
High resistance to dynamic loads.
Operating duration is 50 minutes (at 25°C). The duration is inverse proportional with temperature.
